e-Learning WMB's unique advances in technology have put the company years ahead of its competitors. This position has lead to rapid growth; the Account Manager who has had sole responsibility for business development and has generated a 100% increase in turnover in the last year.
As the Business Development Manager you will be given the responsibility for selling the company's e-Learning services across the UK and abroad. Your duties will include selling bespoke development, Learning Management System implementation services and e-learning courses, including: health and safety, security, welfare and induction (branded as 'e-start').
Your focus will be on new business with a small amount of time on the account management of new and existing accounts. Your time will involve booking appointments, coordinating marketing campaigns and visiting clients. You will also be expected to feedback to the development team to tailor our core offerings for the market as well as affect the company's direction.
To be considered for this position, you must have:
- a solid track record in e-learning sales
- experience with both government and large corporate organisations
- the ability to work independently
This successful applicant would be based in the Bracknell office, although responsible for covering the UK. As such, a fair amount of travel would be expected. Exceptional candidates based elsewhere would be considered.
