A Senior Learning Designer at LINE is responsible for the management and delivery of effective learning strategy and content for any of our global clients.

Traditionally, this has been content-focussed, from rapidly authored projects through to complex and creative scenario based programme design; face-to-face workshops to blended solutions.

However, the world of learning is changing fast. As well as all this we now need our Senior Designers to be strategic and consultative, able to bring creativity and new ways of thinking to our clients, and use emerging and fast changing technologies to our advantage.

If you believe you have the experience and drive to transform learning through innovative design, while keeping the foundations of good learning practice and commercial thinking firmly in place, this is the role for you.

Skills, knowledge & experience required:

• Significant experience in the delivery of effective e-learning strategies and content for corporate, government or defence based clients (or all three)

• Excellent client-service and communication skills and experience of effectively managing other designers and writers to deliver learning content

• The proven ability to deliver learning solutions across different channels, technologies or learner situations, including face to face/workshop learning design

• A broad understanding and view of the present and future of digital learning and communications in business
