By taking this course you will be able to recognise the importance of change management At the end of the course, trainees will be able to:
» Define change management and recognise the benefits of managing change more effectively
» Identify your own strengths and weaknesses in managing change
» Distinguish between the three steps of Lewin’s Change Management model
» Recognise the steps in Kotter’s 8-step change management process
» Distinguish between the stages of the ADKAR model
» Take appropriate action to manage change more effectively
Our view… This is an engaging 40-45 minute course. It teaches you about change management – how to deal with change efficiently and effectively. As we live in a world where often the only certain thing is change, this is an extremely useful course for everybody, but in particular those whose roles require them to help other people in changing circumstances.
