disc introductionThese 8 e-learning videos lasting over 45 minutes introduce the concept of DISC  Introduction and styles.

Everybody is different. We’re all unique. And that can make it difficult for us to figure out how to interact with each other. DISC helps us identify how others are different, how we are different, and how we can interrelate to improve personal productivity. This series will help people become better colleagues, better sellers, better leaders and can even be taken outside the office, improving personal relationships as well.

Have you ever met or worked with someone who just rubbed you the wrong way? It was like they spent all night planning how they could annoy you. This series is full of helpful information that can help in communicating with other people, leading, building a team, selling, negotiating, servicing your customer, and building relationships with other people.

Wikipedia defines DISC as follows: “DISC assessment is a personality assessment tool based on the DISC personality theory of psychologist William Marston. Marston’s theory centres around four different personality traits: Dominance, Inducement, Submission, and Compliance. This theory was then developed into a personality assessment tool (personality profile test) by industrial psychologist Walter Vernon Clarke.
