Display Screen Equipment, or DSE, has become the most common piece of work equipment. Therefore, use of computer workstations or equipment can be associated with neck, shoulder, back or arm pain, as well as fatigue and eyestrain.
This course is designed to give the learner an awareness of what the Health and Safety Display Screen Equipment Regulations (1992) are and how they protect the health of personnel who work with DSE.
We will also look at an individual’s desk, chair and posture positioning as well as employer and employee responsibilities.
Approximate duration: 40 minutes.
