This course on stress management will teach you what stress is and how stress affects your employees and your organisation.
At the end of the course, trainees will be able to:

Our view… This is an interactive course which lasts for 30-35 minutes. It teaches you about stress and anxiety in the workplace and how to identify and manage the stress of your employees. By taking this course you can eliminate the loss of working days in your organisation which occur due to stress.
