You can take the course entirely at your own pace, but as a guideline the course takes roughly two and a half hours.
Assessment and Certification
This course is assessed with a 60 question multiple choice test, with a 75% pass mark. You may retake the test if you do not succeed the first time.
Upon passing the test you will receive a Level 3 Supervising Food Safety Certificate. This certificate contains a QR code to prove the validity of your qualification.
The course is accredited by the internationally-recognised awarding body, CIEH.
