This latest (fourth) edition of Elaine England and Andy Finney’s guide to managing interactive projects, comprises thirteen chapters – covering, among other things, project scoping, the influence stakeholders have, troubleshooting, testing and archiving, legal issues and team management .
There is little doubt that this book has become a seminal work in project management for web and digital media. Also, modesty forbids this reviewer from praising too highly a most perceptive quote on page 98 of this edition.
